Good fish above Eastfield Bridge

Had a nice afternoon yesterday upstream of Eastfield bridge. After a blank day at Blandswath I took four brownies between 3.30pm and 4.45pm.

The best was an absolute top class fish - approx 18" long and a very solid 1 3/4lbs.

The three small fish took a drowned Mayfly on a size 14 hook but the big one took a small Black Spider on the dropper.

I drove home very happy.
